General Terms of Use for eSchool

1. Part of this Agreement

   This Usage Agreement covers the General Terms and Service Specific Terms where applicable for certain features within the eSchool ecosystem (e.g., eSchool Mobile, Siakad, Admin Dashboard, etc.). If there is a discrepancy between the two, the Service Specific Terms will take precedence in its implementation.

2. Agreement and Acceptance

   By using eSchool services, you state that:

   • You are of legal age and legally authorized to agree to this agreement.
   • You accept all applicable terms and conditions.

   If you do not agree to the intended terms and conditions, please do not use eSchool services.

3. Service Description

   eSchool is a SaaS-based digital academic information system used by schools to manage teaching and learning processes, communication, and academic administration. Authorized users (school admins, teachers, students, and parents) will get access according to their role rights.

   eSchool services can be accessed via a browser or the official mobile application available on the Play Store and App Store. Service access requires an active account created by the school or official institution admin.

4. User Registration

   User accounts can only be created by the school or a designated admin. You agree to:

   • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to the school admin during registration.
   • Not use other people's accounts without official permission.

   We reserve the right to terminate your account if false data or violations of the usage policy are found.

5. Usage Restrictions

   Service users are not permitted to:

   • Share account access with other parties without school permission.
   • Attempt to hack, dismantle, or misuse the system.
   • Upload content containing elements of SARA (Ethnicity, Religion, Race, and Inter-group relations), violence, pornography, spam, or viruses.
   • Use the service for political activities, campaigning, or illegal commercial purposes.

6. Prohibited Activities and Spam

   We prohibit the use of eSchool for:

   • Sending spam, hoaxes, or misleading information.
   • Disturbing the comfort and privacy of other users.
   • Distributing materials or content that violate the law or moral norms.

   We reserve the right to disconnect user access if indicated to be performing activities that violate the law or eSchool internal policies.

7. Third-Party Application Integration

   eSchool can connect with third-party applications, such as video conference providers, payment systems, or other integration services. You need to read and agree to the policies of each respective third-party application before using them.

   We are not responsible for policies, features, or disruptions originating from external applications.

8. Closing

   This agreement is subject to the laws applicable in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. We reserve the right to update these terms & conditions at any time to adjust to system development, educational regulations, and the needs of user institutions.
