Organize and Monitor All Face-to-Face Exam Activities Efficiently

The Offline Exam Schedule menu is designed to provide comprehensive visibility to teachers and students regarding the implementation of offline exams. With a clean and informative interface, users can monitor daily schedules, details of subjects tested, and exam status in real-time.

Key Features

1. Real-Time Exam Status

   Every ongoing exam will be marked with an "In Progress" label, making it easier for users to identify active activities on that day.

2. Date and Day Details

   The system displays schedule information in detail:

   • Day and date of implementation
   • Exam start and end dates
   • Total exam duration

   All arranged chronologically for easy browsing, especially during busy exam periods.

3. Integrated Classes and Subjects

   • Show exam participant classes (example: XI TKJ - ID)
   • Number and types of subjects tested
   • Additional information such as start time, end time, and minimum passing grade

4. Grades & Evaluation

   Each exam is also accompanied by:

   • Maximum Total Score — to assess student exam results
   • Passing Grade — as a competency standard that must be achieved

   These grades are displayed directly in the exam card to facilitate result monitoring.

5. Detailed Navigation

   The “More” button allows users to see:

   • Details of subjects tested
   • Implementation time per subject
   • Specific durations and evaluation metrics used

6. Structured Daily Schedule

   In one view, users can see:

   • Exams that are ongoing and will take place
   • Schedule division per day and per subject
   • Colors and icons that distinguish exam status and important information
